I have come to the conclusion that a lot of what created my, and other people's confusion about what exercise to do, was because I didn't know what category the exercise was.For example, there are exercises that are good for fitness, like the RCAF, but don't do a darn thing for endurance or figure shaping. Exercises like weights that don't do anything for fitness or endurance, but make you look great. That sort of thing. So from now on, I'm filing exercise types in different categories.
